I graduated in physics (and minored in computer science) from the Universität zu Köln. Since May 1995 I was working as a research and teaching assistant at the Institut für Informatik of the Universität zu Köln in the group of Prof. Dr. Michael Jünger. Since July 1997 I am working for the software company INFORM in Aachen, Germany.
