Nash equilibria for flows over time

Abstract:
We discuss Nash equilibria in the context of flows over time (or
"dynamic flows"). We introduce a reasonably simple model and present
first results. In particular we show how to compute Nash equilibria
for this model and prove results on the price of anarchy.
